How we handle your files and data.

Your files

Many tools (image conversion, compression, resizing, EXIF, QR) run entirely in your browser; those files never reach our servers. Files uploaded to server-side tools are validated, stored under random names and deleted automatically after the retention period shown on each tool.

Usage data

To enforce fair-use limits we store which tool was used and when, together with an anonymous cookie id and a keyed hash of your IP address. We never store raw IP addresses.

Accounts

If you create an account we store your username, email address and settings. You can change them any time from your account settings.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, security (CSRF) and guest limits. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
