    Restoration and super-resolution together

    The Photo Enhancer combines two steps: it cleans noise and compression artefacts and upscales the image to a higher resolution. Ideal for old digital photos, small profile pictures, images saved from social media and low-resolution illustrations.

    • Portrait: softer sharpening that preserves skin texture

    Output options

    Download the enhanced image at its original size or the upscaled version. Small images benefit the most.

    Hardware note

    In browsers with WebGPU processing runs quickly on the graphics card; elsewhere a slower CPU mode is used. Your images aren't uploaded.

    FAQ

    How large can the result be?

    Photos are upscaled ×4 and illustrations ×2 from the processing resolution (up to 640 px for photos with WebGPU, 256 px in slower CPU mode), so small images benefit most.

    Does it reconstruct faces?

    No dedicated face model is used; detail is improved with a general restoration model.

    Is the quality good enough for print?

    It clearly improves small images, but don't expect large-print quality from very low-resolution sources.
