CSV Splitter
Split a large CSV into smaller files by row count or column value and download them as a ZIP.
Or paste your data
Break big files into manageable parts
Many import tools and email services limit file size or row count. Use the CSV Splitter to divide a CSV with hundreds of thousands of rows to fit those limits.
Two ways to split
- By row count: e.g. a new file every 10,000 rows
- By column value: a separate file per city, customer, category or dealer
Handy output
The header row can be repeated in every part, so each file can be used on its own. All parts are downloaded as one ZIP with meaningful names (data-part01.csv or data-London.csv). Processing happens in your browser.
How to use CSV Splitter
- Upload the CSV to split.
- Choose to split by row count or column value.
- Decide whether to repeat the header row.
- Download the parts as a ZIP.
Why use this tool?
Import data without hitting system limits and distribute reports by region or category.
