How will your link look on X?
X (formerly Twitter) shows shared links in two main card types: a summary card with a small image and a large image card (summary_large_image). Which card is used is set by the twitter:card meta tag.
What the tool offers
- Compare both card types side by side
- See the title, description and image inside the card
- Copy-ready twitter: meta tags
Which card type?
For blog posts, product pages and visual content, the large image card attracts more attention. For short announcements or icon-focused pages, the summary card is enough.

- Enter the title, description and image URL.
- Compare the summary and large image previews.
- Choose the card type.
- Copy the twitter: meta tags into your page.
Why use this tool?
Makes sure your X posts appear in the most effective card format.
FAQ
Does X still read Open Graph tags?
Yes. If twitter: tags are missing, X uses the Open Graph title, description and image.
What image size does the large card need?
At least 300×157 pixels; 1200×628 with a 2:1 ratio gives the best result.
Is the twitter:site tag required?
It's optional and names your site's X account.
